Benefits of Dance

Ballet Foundation

We stress ballet as the foundation of our dance program. Ballet provides techniques which allow dancers to progress safely throughout their dance career. The fundamentals learned in ballet can apply to any discipline of dance and help to build strength, stamina, and flexibility.
